Leanne is a person born to organize conferences and special events. She loves nothing better than to review a situation, determine the hidden order, and make it come to life. This has served her well since arriving at ZedEvents, where she has received accolades from clients and suppliers alike. They enjoy the feeling of being ‘in good hands’ that Leanne inspires.

Background

While working in the financial industry in Halifax and Toronto, Leanne displayed a real talent for organization and event planning. In that time, Leanne:

• Achieved designation as one of only four Certified Event Coordinators in Nova Scotia.
• Produced several large conferences and events for RBC Financial, the Halifax Chamber of Commerce, and others.
• Presentated several times to the Canadian Special Events and Meetings Expo, the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Association of Fundraising Executives.
• Represented Nova Scotia at the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council in the re-development of national certification standards for Event Managers.
