Background

Jane honed her abilities in communications and marketing during her more than 12 years with the Maritime Life Assurance Company - Canada's fourth-largest national insurance company at the time. While there, Jane: 

• Managed events and agent conferences across Canada and Europe;
• Led a team that developed an award-winning Olympic sponsorship program for Swimming Canada
• Conceived and executed an industry-leading professional and business incentive program for independent financial advisors across Canada (including a 500-guest, 5-day incentive conference in Barcelona); and
• Pulled together a cross-Canada 'Celebration of Achievement Gala' for 3,100 employees in five cities over a nine-day period - in the short and busy 90 days following the sale of Maritime Life to Manulife Financial.
