"What does success look like?" This is the first question we ask our clients. Every aspect of the event flows from this answer, and forms what we call a Guest Experience Plan, or GEP. The GEP gives a clear vision of how the event will unfold, from beginning to end, through the eyes of your guests. It includes detailed descriptions, image renderings and recommendations in the following areas:

When events are strategically driven, there is a necessary evaluation after the event. The ZedEvents Event Producers will conduct a post-event analysis to outline general observations, and to identify opportunities for improvement.
