We truly care about seeing our clients achieve strategic success through events and conferences, and we appreciate the unique objectives this forward-looking strategy brings to the table: in fact, these objectives become the fundamental elements of our seasoned event and conference management process.

We know successful events and conferences are not just about strategy – there is also the seamless execution that comes from our combined years of experience. Having grown from a small business to one of the region’s premiere event and conference management firms in a little over seven years, ZedEvents has a solid foundation of experience on which to realign our team, making us even better prepared to serve our clients in the future.

 

Whether we are managing a gala event, an intimate corporate celebration or a national conference, our clients will now benefit from direct contact with the ideal team member at each stage of planning and executing. Our flexibility and innovation will be brought to the fore of our event and conference management package, by providing clients the best that each level of our team has to offer.

Jane Davies, now the Vice President in charge of new business and marketing, provides the overall direction for the company. She will take the lead on client contact, ensuring that ZedEvents captures the strategic goals of each event or conference, whether for new or returning clients. Jane is the embodiment of our commitment to positive and open communications with clients and suppliers, and professional service to all parties involved.

Leanne Andrecyk, now the Creative Director in charge of innovation and execution will oversee the exacting work that makes for successful events and conferences. She will focus on our clients’ creative objectives, including theme and décor, which are the hallmarks of any ZedEvents event. A Certified Event Manager (one of only two in Nova Scotia) through the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council, Leanne is the ideal person to ensure that each event or conference starts out on the best footing that we can provide.

Jane and Leanne will be supported by our Event Production team of Jennifer Davies, Producer and Kaela Goodman, Event Coordinator, who will directly manage events and conferences for our many clients, bringing their enthusiasm, creativity and management talents into play to ensure that our clients’ events meet and exceed their guests’ expectations.
